New Lore of WarCraft Website Uses The WoW Armory to Manage Guild Websites

Launched today, www.LoreOfWarCraft.com is a World of WarCraft character social network and guild website provider.

November 12, 2008 Palm Harbor, FL: Lore of WarCraft dramatically eases the burden of managing a guild website by gathering character and guild information from the WoW Armory. Lore of WarCraft greatly reduces the day-to-day headaches of maintain a large guild’s website.

The alliance guild The Knights Templar of the Arthas server beta tested the website for nine months. The guild master of The Knights Templar, Chris Covert said “With a guild of over 300 members we were unable to keep our website up to date with our current guild roster and forum permission levels. Lore of WarCraft changed all that.”

Lore of WarCraft Social Network: Your basic character and guild information are pulled from the WoW Armory. Each character you add gets a profile that acts similar to a MySpace or FaceBook profile. You can send private messages, add an About Character section, fill out the IRL (In Real Life) section, create a friends list, add all your alts and etc. Plus you will immediately have access to guild features like the forums appropriate to your character’s rank in it’s guild.

Lore of WarCraft Guild Websites: In addition to streamlining guild membership and rank information, Lore of WarCraft offers all the basics a guild needs to run a successful website. It includes popular features like guild news, member roster, forums, DKP, custom themes, and more. In addition each guild member gets a character profile with social networking features like those found on FaceBook.
